The Law Founded in the Street, an expression by Roberto Lyra Filho, talks about the transformative right of public spaces, in which individuals, in their sociability, congregate, consciously willing to participate in the democratic construction and citizenship in their societies. The Law Founded in the Street is a peculiar aspect for social movements that are spokespersons for humanism, freedom and otherness in a world ruled by ideologies of domination, in which law and social reality seem to be circumscribed by an abyss that distance them. Based on the above, this reflection seeks to think of some understandings about the Law Foundend in the Street as a future right to be understood, considered and identified as a hermeneutic instrumental peculiarity of the most important for the legal field in its approach to the social. Method used was based on bibliographic and documentary research.Downloads
